Hey Guys,
Well have to admit that I am taking a week to catch with myself. I have been neglecting a lot of things. Like washing my clothes and stuff around the house. So I am taking a week to gather and then some time this week I am going to hit the rode again! Woohoo. But I would like to share with you a great accomplishment that happened on Tuesday. I had some time so I went riding. I had a business meeting that I had to phone conference into but it was early and a beautiful and a hot day. I left at 11 o'clock. My goal was to do the same route I did before that was 20.7 miles. Since I was by myself I wanted to set a goal. I wanted to ride 20.7 miles in 2 hours. Well I needed to since I needed to be at work and on the phone by 1. Worried, I took my phone planing that where ever I was when it turned 1 I would do the conference call. I was on fire, not only was I hot, but I was pushing my self in my training. In the end, I bet my goal by 10 minutes! I know its a small effort but non-the-less it is an accomplishment. I can do anything. So I am planning a new route soon and I am going to give you clues. Well I love you guys I am playing with making a video on my computer so I can give to you all or post it some where. I will have more to come...
